with Lisa

Lisa is certified through the NSCA with a CSCS and TSAC-F. She has specialized certifications in speed and agility, TRX, and cycling.  Lisa is a former Division I Soccer player out of Purdue University. She holds a bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. Her career background includes working alongside physical therapists as a specialist in maximizing athletic performance and longevity. She worked as a personal trainer to Navy personnel stationed aboard Naval Air Station North Island, and was a Combat Fitness Specialist to the Marines on Camp Pendleton.
